KnitWell Group's White House Black Market brand in Houston is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a welcoming, customer-centered experience.

You will drive sales, assist in hiring and coaching, maintain brand standards on the floor, manage inventory and store operations, and build community connections through in-store events and philanthropy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience.
