Position Objective:

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales environment, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We are passionate about our work and believe our team is the best place to work, learn, and grow!

Functional Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, tagging, and easy replenishment on the sales floor. Reorganize merchandise to maximize space.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
• Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile invoices, and manage store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
• Handle visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware efficiently.
• Participate in pricing updates and markdowns.
• Notify management of cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives like floorsets, window displays, signage, etc., as directed.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

• Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, providing a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Work quickly within strict deadlines and demonstrate teamwork.
• Experience in visual merchandising is a plus.
• Effective communication using headsets.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
