Job summary

Soma is seeking a Support Associate to help manage inventory and support both back-of-house and sales floor operations. You will process shipments, move products from the stockroom, and ensure items are where they need to be, while upholding brand standards.

You’ll contribute to a positive team culture, assist with visual and signage updates, and deliver a hospitality-driven customer experience. Must be 18+, with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor promptly.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives: updating floor sets, window changes, displays, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects our culture of hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.

About the role
As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
