Job summary

Soma is seeking a Support Associate to balance back-of-house inventory with front-of-house guest service at Store 5345-LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch-Soma-Katy, TX. You will process shipments, move products from stockroom, and ensure items are where they need to be while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates show passion for fashion and empowerment, are at least 18, and flexible for nights and weekends. This role offers a part-time schedule with opportunities for growth and a strong team

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep stockroom neat and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Restock products and update price changes as needed.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, window changes, signage placements.
• Delivers a customer-focused experience reflecting our hospitality culture.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.

About the role
As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
