Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment at Store 5213-Baybrook Mall in Friendswood, TX. You will share product knowledge, deliver personalized service, and help create a seamless omnichannel experience while supporting merchandising and store operations.

The role emphasizes passion for fashion and empowering confidence, with flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a strong team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing retail experience preferred.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools.
• Age minimum: 16+ in TX.
• Age minimum: 18+ in other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to operate the register.
