Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Support Associate in Raleigh, NC to manage inventory and assist on the sales floor. You will process shipments, move products from stockroom, and ensure items are where they need to be to support a seamless customer experience.

You’ll be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to uphold brand standards while contributing to a positive team culture. This is a regular/part-time position requiring flexibility and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, storage, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products and keep them represented on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Restock products and process price changes effectively.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, window changes, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience that aligns with our hospitality culture.
• Support teamwork and a positive work environment.

About the role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
