Job summary

White House Black Market in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Support Associate to help keep the store running smoothly on the sales floor and in the stockroom. You will manage shipments, replenish merchandise, and ensure products are properly merchandised while upholding brand standards.

You are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of collaborating with store leaders to deliver a welcoming, customer-focused shopping experience. This role offers flexible part-time hours and energizing team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise.
• Ensure stockroom is organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, signage, and related tasks.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects hospitality culture.

About The Role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
