Job summary

WHBM in Raleigh, NC is seeking a part-time Support Associate to manage inventory flow, process shipments, and move stock from the back to the floor to keep merchandise readily available.

You’ll contribute to a positive team culture, uphold brand standards, and deliver a hospitality-driven customer experience. Flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays and ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Restock products and update price changes as needed.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist with visual directives: floor sets, window changes, signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting our hospitality culture.
• Support the team through collaboration and strong communication.

About the role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.

• Assist store leaders with executing visual directives, including updating floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placements.

• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork and collaboration.
