Job summary

Soma is seeking a part-time Support Associate to operate both in back of house and on the sales floor. You will handle inventory processes, move products between stockroom and floor, restock merchandise, and maintain brand standards while fostering a positive team culture.

You will support leadership with visual updates, signage, and floor-set changes, delivering a hospitality-driven customer experience. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to bend, reach, stretch for products and operate the register; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Ensure stockroom is neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Effectively execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting our culture of hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.

About the role

As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You're proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
