Job summary

KnitWell Group in Orlando, FL is seeking a Support Associate to manage inventory, stock the sales floor, and ensure the store reflects our brand standards. You will support back-of-house and sales-floor operations, delivering a customer-focused experience.

Ideal candidates are 18+, flexible, team-spirited, quick learners, and reliable in attendance, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor promptly.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, window changes, signage and displays.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting our hospitality culture.
• Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.

About the role
As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You’re proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
