Job summary

Harris Govern seeks a Support Analyst to join our team in Allen, Texas. You will assist clients with our Appraisal & Tax Collection software, using in-house tools, training, and onsite visits to ensure successful deployments.

Ideal candidates combine strong communication and interpersonal skills with deep technical knowledge, including SQL Server, Microsoft 365, and AI platforms. This role emphasizes prompt engineering and responsible AI use to improve support quality.
