Summary

You will serve as a Supply Technician (Seasonal) Virgin Islands National Park. The typical seasonal entry-on-duty period for Virgin Islands National Park is October through March but can be variable during these months due to weather conditions, project needs, or funding. Anticipated Entry on Duty: October 2026

Major Duties

Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: Receiving, transferring, and disposing of property for a large park unit. Updating, maintaining, and correcting property data in the system of record. Maintaining critical internal controls. Coordinating and completing parkwide inventories and property-related data-calls. Providing front line customer service to purchasers and program leads. Serves as an active team member in developing and improving property workflows and processes. Physical Demands: The work is mostly sedentary but requires some standing, bending, lifting, and walking to conduct inventories and disposal actions. Working Conditions: The work is performed in an office setting with some time spent in field locations. Telework: The National Park Service has determined that the duties of this position are not suitable for telework.
