Job summary

American Management Group, LLC (AMG) is seeking a part-time Supply Technician to support a VA hospital’s supply, warehouse, and inventory management operations. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, assist logistics workflows, and provide excellent customer service to government personnel and end users.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in supply/warehouse/inventory, and proficiency with inventory systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply, warehouse, or inventory management.
• Proficiency and fluency in the English language (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with inventory management systems/software and workflows.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and comply with Government procedures and PWS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform barcode scanning, inventory tracking, and replenishment of stock to authorized levels.
• Conduct routine and periodic inventory counts; identify, research, and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor product expiration dates and support recall processes in accordance with Government procedures.
• Implement proper stock rotation practices.
• Provide delivery support, including transporting supplies to designated locations.
• Perform specialty cart checks and restocking as required.
• Deliver responsive and professional customer service to Government personnel and end users.
• Accurately document inventory transactions in systems such as VISTA/GIP and other Government-approved platforms (upon completion of required training and system access).
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure storage areas in compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Adhere to all OSHA, HAZMAT, and site-specific safety protocols.

The Supply TechnicianPART-TIME will support our government customer handling supply, warehouse, and inventory management operations in a VA hospital setting. Physical Requirements

• Ability tolift upto 50 lbs.
• Ability to push up to 100 lbs. using carts or similar conveyance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Ability tooperatematerial handling equipment, as applicable.

Compliance Requirements

• Mustcomply withall safety and HAZMAT handling requirements.
• Must be able to obtain andmaintainrequired Governmentsystemaccess and training.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet contract-specific requirements, as applicable.

Part-time Hours

• 7am - 11am M-F

Salary

$39.73 perhour
