The U.S. Coast Guard in Ketchikan, Alaska, is seeking a Supply Technician (OA) at the GS-7 level to oversee supply system operations, stock maintenance, and physical inventories at the Industrial Production Facility in Ketchikan.

Qualifications

This vacancy is for a GS-2005-7, SUPPLY TECHNICIAN (OA)-NIE located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION FACILITY KETCHIKAN in KETCHIKAN, Alaska.

To qualify at the GS-7 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-6 grade level in the federal sector.

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.

Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis.

• Performing supply system operations, overseeing stock maintenance, conducting physical inventories
• receiving and screening documents/lists for receipt verification
• Editing and processing requisitions
• Preparing financial management reports, and travel orders
• Preparing travel orders
