Akima Facilities Operations (AFO), an Akima company, is hiring a Supply Technician - MCSOA on-site for US Marine operations. The role involves applying technical supply management procedures and supporting depot/local supply activities.
The position requires knowledge of supply systems, ability to analyze data, operate forklifts and other MHE, and meet prerequisites such as a real ID and background checks. Employment is contingent on contract funding.
SCA Wage Rate: $26.08/HR with and additional $5.09/HR in Health & Welfare Benefits.
This Supply Technician - MCSOA position performs limited aspects of technical supply management work related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Work usually is differentiated by Marine commodity area or Marine function, and controlled in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility. Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management US Marine operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty. The work generally involves individual case problems or supply actions. This work may require consideration of MCSOA requirements together with specific variations in or from standardized guidelines.
This position is contingent upon contract award and funding. Applicants selected may be hired offered but cannot begin work until funding has been confirmed.
