Job summary

IOWA ARMY NATIONAL GUARD - TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION is restricted to current military members of the Iowa Army National Guard. LOCATION: USPFO MMB, Johnston, IA.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS include experience with supply actions, knowledge of how to fill out, post, file, and code documents, and experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS include knowledge of governing supply regulations and the ability to reconstruct records for supply transactions

Qualifications

• Experience, education, or training in a variety of operations or situations concerned with substance or content of supply actions, requiring ability to decide course of action to take.
• Knowledge of basic or commonly applied rules, procedures, or operations such as filling out, posting, filing, controlling, or coding documents and/or transactions.
• Experience using computer and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide supply operations support for activities involving specialized or unique supplies, equipment, and parts.
• Reconstruct records for supply transactions and search for required information.
• Compile reports, letters, memoranda, etc.
