Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely PAR level counts and monitor usage trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve PAR efficiency and inventory organization.
• Use ERP systems to locate products, document requests, and communicate needs.
• Maintain inventory records and process credits; identify out-of-stock items.
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory across designated areas.
• Replenish crash and specialty carts; ensure readiness and compliance.
• Tag and route equipment for repair; support supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely PAR level counts while monitoring usage trends and reporting variances.
• Identify opportunities to improve PAR efficiency, including inventory levels, organization, and item adjustments.
• Use system tools to locate products, document supply requests, and communicate needs or discrepancies to Inventory Control.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including processing credits and identifying out-of-stock items to ensure supply continuity.
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory throughout designated areas.
• Replenish crash carts and specialty carts, ensuring readiness, accuracy, and compliance with department standards.
• Inspect carts, prioritize distribution needs, and communicate issues impacting availability or workflow.
• Support equipment PAR monitoring and distribution processes, ensuring timely issuance and delivery.
• Properly tag and route equipment for repair while maintaining organized tracking and documentation to support efficient supply chain operations and patient care readiness.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• Two (2) or more years of healthcare or inventory experience is preferred.

License(s)/Certification(s):

• Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons required.
• Auto Insurance required when driving a personal vehicle.
