Job summary

Solution One Industries is seeking a Supply Technician in Gulfport, MS to provide comprehensive supply support for the Mississippi Air National Guard. The role covers stock control, inventory management, and documentation operations across ILSS and related systems.

You will help maintain accurate property records, ensure compliance with ISO/AS9100 standards, and support timely asset movement and reporting for mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience managing records, reports, databases, and administrative correspondence.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, track, and manage supply activities supporting customer operations.
• Maintain accurate property accounting systems and documentation for on-hand assets.
• Prepare reports and documentation for transferring excess items; verify proper signature authority.
• Generate and maintain required supply reports and property documentation databases.
