Solution One Industries seeks a Supply Technician Lead to oversee supply and transportation management for MS ANG operations in Gulfport, MS. The role combines leadership of a contracted workforce with hands-on inventory control, records management, and compliance to quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years in logistics, two years in leadership, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with ELMS or related systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of logistics experience.
• At least two (2) years of leadership/management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience supporting Air Force or Air National Guard, Department of Defense (DoD), or similar logistics activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate supply and transportation management activities for contracted workforce.
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation; manage stock levels and property accountability.
• Prepare reports and provide timely updates on operations status to management.
