Qualifications

• National Guard membership required; a Title 32 excepted service position.
• Compatible military grade and assignment required; max E6, min E3; no grade inversion.
• Must obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance within one year of appointment.
• Male applicant born after 12/31/1959 must be registered under the Military Selective Service Act.
• Must be able to perform duties without a domestic violence misdemeanor conviction.
• Must be able to work irregular and/or overtime hours as required by operational needs.
• Two academic years in an accredited college satisfy GS-4 specialization; additional years provide credit for higher grades.
• 2-year trial period with certification of continued employment based on performance and organizational fit.

Responsibilities

• Procure DLR and CLIX repair items and returns; verify availability and order parts.
• Forecast, justify, prepare, submit, and administer the annual DLR budget request.
• Maintain property book accountability using automated or manual supply accounting systems.
• Coordinate with AVCRAD, AMCOM, and other agencies for asset management and support.
• Prepare requisitions and forward to source of supply; ensure stock replenishment levels within funding.
