Defense Logistics Agency in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a supplies technician to act as the primary customer-support contact for industrial customers on DLA‑ and non‑DLA‑managed items. You will handle product information, pricing, order status, and data maintenance to ensure timely access to orders and account information.

You will review orders daily, process cancellations and modifications, and escalate complex issues to subject-matter experts.

Formación

• Specialized experience: one year of experience in customer support for supply, logistics, inventory, or order-management functions.
• Experience in reviewing and processing orders, cancellations, and status requests; resolving delayed or discrepant orders.
• Proficiency using automated supply, distribution, or ordering systems to research transactions and resolve customer-support issues.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary customer-support point for industrial customers on DLA- and non-DLA items, providing product information and pricing.
• Coordinate with SMEs to resolve customer concerns and maintain accurate customer data.
• Review sales-order reports daily, process updates, and escalate complex cases to specialists.
• Ensure timely processing of orders and access to product, account, and order information.
• Resolve order discrepancies and respond to customer requests per policies and instructions.
• Create and manage CRM tickets; monitor workload and follow up on aging tickets.
• Coordinate with storage and distribution to resolve material issues and support MICAP/AWP requirements.
