Job summary

IHA in Clinton, IA is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain/Inventory Clerk to support service fulfillment and sanitation activities in patient-facing and back-office areas. This role emphasizes accurate stock control, data entry, and collaborates with end users to resolve supply issues.

You will perform PAR level replenishment, maintain clean storage areas, and assist the Supply Chain Leader with special assignments. Monday through Friday day shifts with a focus on inventory and data support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete additional education, training and competency tests as required.

Responsibilities

• Requests, receives, and distributes equipment and obsolescence management; stock general med-surg supplies in various healthcare settings.
• Works with end users to request supplies, troubleshoot supply issues, and resolve discrepancies as they occur.
• Maintains work and supply storage areas and equipment in a clean, up-to-date, organized and safe condition.
• Performs periodic PAR level replenishment duties using various resupply procedures to maintain stock levels.
• Serves as a frontline Supply support representative for ordering, data entry and payment activities.
• Assists Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.
• 70%+ time provide inventory or data support.

Minimum Qualifications

• Have received a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to complete additional education, training and competency tests as required.

Additional Qualifications (nice To Have)

• Previous Supply Chain experience in a healthcare, warehousing, or other distribution environment.
