Job summary

Trinity Health Michigan is seeking a part-time Supply Chain support role for evening shifts. You will handle equipment requests, stock general med-surg supplies, and assist with data entry and payment activities in a patient-care setting.

The role emphasizes accurate inventory management, collaboration with clinical staff, and adherence to healthcare policies. Prior healthcare supply experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Supply Chain experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of health ministry and system supply chain processes in specialty areas.
• Trains colleagues and takes on extra assignments as needed.
• Frontline supply chain support for complex orders, data entry, reporting and payment.
• Includes knowledge of duties described in Technician role.

Responsibilities

• Requesting, receiving, distributing equipment and obsolescence management and stocking of general med-surg supplies in healthcare settings.
• Work with end users to request supplies, troubleshoot issues, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain work and supply storage areas and equipment in a clean, up-to-date, safe condition.
• Perform PAR level replenishment to maintain stock levels.
• Serve as a frontline Supply Chain support representative for ordering, data entry and payment activities.
• 70%+ time provide inventory or data support.

Minimum Qualifications

• Have received a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to complete additional education, training and competency tests as required.
• Valid driver’s license where required by assignment.

Additional Qualifications

• Previous Supply Chain experience in a healthcare, warehousing, or other distribution environment.
