Job summary

Trinity Health in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a part-time employee for Evening Shift in the Supply Chain area to handle inventory, data support, and basic procurement tasks. The role focuses on requests, stocking, PAR replenishment, and frontline data entry with adherence to healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities include assisting with ordering, data entry, and payment activities while maintaining organized storage and collaborating with the Supply Chain Leader on special assignments.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Supply Chain experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with health ministries and System supply chain processes within specialty areas.
• Trains colleagues & readily assume responsibility for extra assignments.
• Frontline Supply Chain support for complex orders, data entry, reporting & payment activities.
• Includes knowledge of all duties described in Technician role.

• Work with end users to request supplies, troubleshoot issues, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain storage areas and equipment in clean, safe condition.
• Perform PAR-level replenishment to maintain stock levels.
• Provide inventory or data support as a frontline Supply Chain representative.
• Assist Supply Chain Leader with special assignments.

Performs essential base-level tasks and functions related to service fulfillment, disinfection & sanitation in patient facing, ancillary or back-office areas Provides service, support & colleague or customer support in accordance with level of experience, education, regulatory agency standards & established policies & procedures. Conducts daily functions in a compassionate, ethical & respectful manner. Supports patients, families & guests in exceeding their expectations. Demonstrates the ability to deliver personalized care & service unique to the patients' & families' expectations / needs.

Duties include requesting, receiving, distributing equipment & obsolescence management & stocking of general med-surg supplies in various healthcare settings.

• 70%+ time provide inventory or data support

Essential Functions:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Have received a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to complete additional education, training and competency tests as required.
• Valid driver’s license where required by assignment.

Additional Qualifications:

• Previous Supply Chain experience in a healthcare, warehousing, or other distribution environment.
