Job summary

ProteQ is seeking a Supply Technician to provide logistics, inventory, warehousing, and material management support to a Government customer. Responsibilities include managing logistics, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate inventory records in a secure, compliant environment.

The role requires active SECRET clearance eligibility, DoD logistics knowledge, and strong Excel and communication skills to ensure traceability, safety, and timely support for maintenance and transportation

Qualifications

Responsibilities

ProteQ is seeking a Supply Technicianto provide logistics, inventory, warehousing, and material management support to a Government customer.

Employment in this position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical logistics, warehousing, and lifecycle support for customer and company-owned equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Prepare and maintain logistics and warehouse reports, including inventory status, material movement, storage, and accountability information.
• Perform inventory management activities, including receiving, tracking, issuing, reconciling, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Maintain required logistics documentation and coordinate equipment and material custody transfers to ensure proper accountability and traceability.
• Support procurement, requisition, and disposition activities, including identifying material requirements, tracking requests, and coordinating the disposition of excess or unserviceable equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance logistics and shipping activities, including movement of equipment to and from maintenance facilities, vendors, field locations, and other designated destinations.
• Perform HAZMAT handling, storage, and stowage activities in accordance with applicable safety, transportation, and material-handling requirements.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) as required to receive, move, load, unload, and stow equipment and materials.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work areas in accordance with applicable safety and facility requirements.
• Ensure equipment and materials are properly stowed, secured, and maintained to support safe operations and prevent damage or loss.
• Support facility security requirements, including maintaining awareness of access controls and safeguarding equipment, materials, and designated workspaces.
• Perform end-of-day security checks to ensure designated areas, equipment, materials, and access points are properly secured.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain an active SECRET clearance.
• Knowledge of expeditionary Tables of Allowances (TOAs), including development, maintenance, and application.
• Working knowledge of applicable DoD, DoN, USFF, and TYCOM regulations and procedures related to expeditionary maintenance, logistics, and commodity management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze data, develop spreadsheets, and prepare charts, reports, and briefings.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to required Government systems, including NAVFAC TOA Viewer, ELMS, RCRP, ERAS, OMMS-NG, and SKED PMS Scheduler.
• Valid state driver's license and OSHA-approved forklift operator license/certification, with the ability to safely operate forklifts up to 12,000-pound capacity and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry items weighing 50 pounds or more, with assistance as required.
• Working knowledge of DoD and DoN requirements for material requisitioning, receiving, stowage, on-load/off-load, transportation, and HAZMAT handling and storage.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to analyze information and clearly present reports, recommendations, and briefings to command leadership.
• Ability to travel for required systems training up to two (2) times per year.
