Job summary

Baptist Health's Supply Tech, Central Sterile Outpatient in Boca Raton, FL, is a full‑time position within the hospital's supply chain team. The role covers technical functions, including inspecting, packaging, tracking, handling, storage, and distribution of supplies, with opportunities to support the Supervisor and mentor staff.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in supply chain, a valid Florida driver's license, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

Must have previous Supply Chain experience for a minimum of 3 years and possess a valid driver's license as required by all Supply Chain staff.
Coordinate and assure completion of all departmental services by providing leadership to the staff under any circumstance.
Must be highly motivated with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills along with advanced mathematical and computer skills, including the use of business analytics, ERP and other technology platforms.

Responsibilities

Inspect, package, and track supplies and manage handling, storage, and distribution.
Assist the Supervisor with training and oversee daily departmental operations.
Serve as backup in the absence of the Supervisor and know routes and responsibilities of teammates.
