Job summary

Baptist Health's Boca Raton Regional Hospital is hiring a full-time Supply Tech 3 in Outpatient Central Sterile. The role covers technical functions within Supply Chain—inspecting, packaging, tracking, handling, storage and distribution of supplies—and supports the Supervisor with training and daily operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Supply Chain experience and a valid Florida driver's license, plus strong organizational, interpersonal and computer skills, including ERP

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in Supply Chain and a valid Florida driver license.
• Coordinate and assure completion of all departmental services by providing leadership to staff.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with advanced mathematical and computer skills, including ERP and other technology platforms.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and function well in a team within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, package, track, handle, store and distribute supplies within the Supply Chain Department.
• Assist the Supervisor with training and daily departmental operations.
• Serve as back-up to the Supervisor and understand routes/responsibilities of teammates.
