Job summary

Amentum is hiring for a Transportation - 1st shift position in Utah to support supply management activities including inventory, storage, cataloging and property utilization. The role involves developing functional requirements, performing studies, and coordinating with teams to improve automated information programs.

The candidate will analyze data, prepare change requests, and conduct audits to ensure quality and compliance with safety plans.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is desirable.
• Three (3) years of material/supply functions experience.
• Knowledgeable of governing supply systems/programs, policies, nomenclature, and guidelines.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a government driving permit.

Responsibilities

• Serves as systems analyst and technical advisor for supply systems, programs, operations, and data processing methods.
• Performs special studies and reports to resolve complex functional and systems problems.
• Coordinates with supervisors and technicians to develop internal operating procedures for automated information programs.
• Develops logic for local programs and defines input/output requirements.
• Reviews statistical data and recommends actions to improve operations.
• Prepares change requests and recommends modifications to ensure data meets mission requirements.
• Conducts audits by inspecting reports, forms, and performance data.
