Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation seeks experienced Supply Systems Analysts to join a deployable inventory support team supporting Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution operations and audit readiness. The role emphasizes inventory, warehouse management, workload and data analysis within WMS environments and related government systems.

Travel with the deployable inventory team to DLA Distribution Centers is required; candidates must hold a SECRET clearance and be a U.S. citizen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Broad knowledge of supply, inventory, warehousing, storage, issue, packing, and transportation.
• Experience analyzing supply or logistics transactions and identifying operational problems.
• Experience with DLA WMS, DSS, Qlik, SAP or similar government systems preferred.
• Must successfully complete required WMS, mock audit, MHE and other training.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transactions and operational data to identify problem areas and systemic issues.
• Research and resolve supply, inventory, and warehouse management problems.
• Analyze proposed changes to supply systems, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with functional users to resolve operational and procedural issues.
• Serve as a WMS point of contact and technical resource.
• Perform WMS-MIS functions and develop QMF queries as required.
• Use WMS and other Government data systems to analyze workload and operational performance.
• Support physical inventory, Difference Analyzer, causative research, and remediation activities.
• Participate in daily workload planning meetings.
• Support mock audits and pre-audit inventory activities.
• Travel with the deployable inventory team to DLA Distribution Centers as mission requirements dictate.
• Assist in identifying trends, discrepancies, and systemic issues affecting inventory accuracy and audit readiness.
• Provide technical input to reports and other contract deliverables.
• Deployment is an essential function of this position; may deploy to other DLA sites.

Overview

Olgoonik is seeking experienced Supply Systems Analysts to join a highly mobile, deployable inventory support team supporting Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution operations and financial audit readiness.

The Supply Systems Analyst serves as a key technical and operational resource supporting inventory, warehouse management, workload analysis, data analysis, and DLA Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations

Primary Responsibilities

May be directed to temporarily deploy from their assigned home station to other DLA Distribution locations for inventory and audit-support missions. Potential locations include DLA Distribution sites throughout the United States as well as locations in Europe/Germany, Guam, Korea, Japan, and Sigonella, Italy.

Education And/or Experience

• Minimum of three years of experience using WMS or an equivalent Warehouse Management System within the past five years.
• Broad knowledge of supply, inventory, warehousing, storage, issue, packing, and transportation functions.
• Experience analyzing supply or logistics transactions and identifying operational problems.
• Experience with DLA WMS, DSS, Qlik, SAP, or similar Government logistics systems preferred
• Must successfully complete required WMS, mock audit, MHE, and other mandatory training.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse and operational environment.
• Must be willing and able to deploy for up to two weeks at a time to DLA Distribution Centers throughout the CONUS and OCONUS.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required Government system access and installation credentials.
• Deployments may require commercial air travel, ground transportation, hotel stays, and work at geographically dispersed DLA facilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) or Department of Defense logistics experience.
• Experience managing climate-controlled or food/subsistence warehouse operations.
• Experience with DLA WMS.
• Prior experience supporting Government contracts.
• Prior supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution environment.

SECRET Level Required

• Must have a current US Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance or be able to successfully complete a U.S. government administered Investigation.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have an Active Passport
• Must also be able to maintain a US Government SECRET clearance.
