Job summary

NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support in Philadelphia seeks a Supply Systems Analyst to lead provisioning and cataloguing programs, coordinate with engineers, logisticians and vendors, and provide risk assessment across supply chains.

The role requires examining engineering change proposals, maintenance planning, and configuration management to ensure accurate provisioning data and effective support to Navy fleets.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of specialized experience at GS-12 level or equivalent.
  • Experience as functional expert for provisioning and cataloguing programs.
  • Experience with maintenance planning, configuration management, and engineering change proposals.
  • Ability to review engineering change proposals and procurement plans for accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the functional expert for provisioning and cataloguing programs within NAVSUP WSS.
  • Develop and implement provisioning and cataloguing plans and policies.
  • Coordinate with engineers, logisticians, and procurement teams to resolve complex provisioning issues.
  • Perform in-depth reviews of engineering change proposals and their impacts on supply support.

You will serve as a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.


Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Serving as the functional expert for managing a program provisioning and cataloguing, collaborating with various stakeholders 2. Developing the overarching strategic provisioning and cataloguing plan, develop new policies, and resolve complex provisioning issues 3. Serving as the functional expert for maintenance planning, configuration management, technical sourcing, and engineering change proposal analysis and impact 4.
