Two (2) Positions Available

The Agency's mission is to be boldly innovative in improving the health and quality of life for South Carolinians.

This position is located in Facilities Management and Resources, Richland County.

Are you the One?

We are looking for a Supply Specialist III who, under supervision within Facilities Management and Resources, provides support to the Department's offices locally and statewide. Responsibilities include:

  1. Reviewing and responding to Labor Service Manager requests, including agency move spreadsheets and providing solutions.
  2. Providing manual labor for relocating Department office furniture locally and statewide, including installation tasks.
  3. Maintaining an inventory of Department office surplus furniture.
  4. Performing related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

A high school diploma and relevant work experience are required.

Additional Requirements

  • Lifting up to 75 lbs.
  • Travel to statewide Department locations to pick up state property.

  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of receiving, checking, storing, and delivering materials.
  • Ability to drive a large, standard transmission truck.

  • Ability to establish effective working relationships.
