Job summary

MB Solutions inc in the United States seeks a senior supply chain and property accountability specialist to support ARCENT G4 logistics across the CENTCOM AOR. You will manage inventory control, requisition processing, and readiness reporting to ensure operational readiness.

Responsibilities include monitoring supply transactions, due-ins, backorders, and distribution; maintaining government property accountability, conducting audits; coordinating with logistics organizations and supported units

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain and logistics operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Secret clearance required.

Position Description:

Provides supply chain management, property accountability, and sustainment support to ARCENT G4 logistics operations across the theater. Performs inventory management, equipment accountability, requisition processing, supply status monitoring, stock management, and readiness reporting functions. Supports ARCENT G4 supply planning, distribution management, and sustainment synchronization activities. Analyzes supply system performance, identifies shortages, materiel distribution challenges, and accountability issues, and develops recommendations to enhance operational readiness and sustainment effectiveness. Supports theater-wide logistics planning efforts, operational assessments, contingency operations, and coordination of supply support requirements with subordinate commands and external stakeholders.

Core Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide supply chain management and property accountability support for ARCENT logistics operations throughout the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
  • Manage inventory control, stock management, equipment accountability, and requisition processing activities to support operational readiness.
  • Monitor supply system transactions, requisition status, due-ins, backorders, and distribution activities to ensure timely support to units.
  • Maintain accountability for government property and equipment in accordance with Army regulations and policies.
  • Conduct inventory reviews, reconciliation efforts, and supply audits to ensure accuracy of supply records and property accountability.
  • Analyze supply chain performance, inventory trends, and readiness data to identify shortages, excesses, and sustainment risks.
  • Develop supply status reports, readiness assessments, and decision-support products for leadership.
  • Coordinate with logistics organizations, supply support activities, sustainment commands, and supported units to resolve supply issues and improve responsiveness.
  • Support theater-wide supply planning, operational assessments, and sustainment operations.
  • Track critical supply requirements and recommend actions to mitigate shortages and distribution challenges.
  • Assist in developing logistics estimates, supply plans, and sustainment recommendations supporting operational and contingency planning.
  • Support deployment, redeployment, exercise, and contingency operations through effective supply management and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with Army, DoD, ARCENT, and property accountability regulations and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate supply records, databases, and documentation supporting audit readiness and operational reporting.
  • Maintain an active Secret security clearance and comply with all security requirements associated with the position.
  • Perform additional supply management duties as directed by ARCENT leadership.
