Job summary

Radiant is seeking a Supply Reliability Engineer to develop and establish supplier reliability processes and standards at our El Segundo HQ. Focused on preventing issues rather than reacting to them, this role requires a strong engineering background, experience in supplier development, and compliance with quality management systems.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in supplier quality or supplier reliability engineering.
• Ability to independently process supplier quality transactions.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the supplier qualification and onboarding process end-to-end.
• Develop supplier capability improvement plans.
• Manage supplier performance via scorecards and KPIs.
