OFS Brands is seeking a Supply Plant Engineer to blend data management with hands-on manufacturing support. You will manage engineering data, ensure alignment with real-world production, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Must be highly detail-oriented and analytical.
• Technically minded and eager to learn new systems.
• Familiarity with Oracle or SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with Excel, Docs, and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create, audit, and maintain engineering data: component parts, bills of materials, and routings in the ERP system.
• Ensure engineering data reflects real-world manufacturing practices and closes gaps between docs and assembly.
• Verify data and process standards are met, maintained, and improved.
• Implement data automation and improvement projects.
• Collaborate on cross-departmental initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
