Lennox, based in Richardson, TX, is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead a team of supply planners, ensuring high service levels and optimal inventory within the financial plan. The role focuses on inventory targets, turns, and working capital management.
You will develop proactive strategies, guide complex planning decisions, oversee the planning system, and mentor direct reports, while coordinating with cross-functional partners to align supply plans with business goals.

As the Supply Planning Manager, the person in this position manages a team of supply planners who are responsible for providing the highest service level and facing fill rate within the working capital constraints of the financial plan. The manager is also responsible for inventory targets and order quantities, along with the key metrics of network and facing fill rates, inventory turns, and inventory working capital.
This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $106,400 to $139,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
