Liquid I.V. is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to join the Operations Team in California. This role supports the finished goods planning process from sourcing to delivery, working cross-functionally with Supply Chain partners, suppliers, and copackers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field.
• Experience in production, supply, and distribution planning.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems (D365, Kinaxis, APO, SAP).
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FG supply planning across multiple sources to balance the network.
• Collaborate with Demand, Procurement, and Logistics to align production plans.
• Identify and escalate supply risks with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain accurate master data and support ERP implementations.
• Lead process improvements and support long-term supply chain strategies.
• Manage a team of 3 direct reports and mentor growth.
• Travel up to 10% to factories.

Overview

Liquid I.V. is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to join the Operations Team. This role supports the finished goods planning process from the start of the supply chain to delivery to Liquid I.V. warehouses. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates cross-functionally with Supply Chain partners, suppliers, and copackers, and can work autonomously while remaining a strong team player and strategic thinker.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Finished Goods (FG) supply planning process across multiple sources and destinations to balance the network and achieve customer fill rate targets.
• Collaborate with Demand, Procurement, and Logistics to execute an efficient and balanced production plan.
• Manage and escalate supply issues, highlight business risk, and provide root cause analysis and resolution.
• Work with internal and external partners on product availability, root-cause issues, and changes to improve fill rate and inventory.
• Support the innovation calendar with on-time and in-full execution for all launches.
• Drive efficiencies within the supply chain to optimize the model.
• Develop and support reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Lead process improvements and support long-term business strategies.
• Maintain accurate master data to ensure full utilization with ERP & Planning tools.
• Manage 3 direct reports, developing their knowledge of supply chain and planning principles and supporting their growth.
• Support ERP implementation and ongoing Kinaxis upgrades and project phases.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree (business, economics, or related field preferred)
• Office environment with flexibility for industry events; most responsibilities handled from the office
• Travel: 10% of the time to factories

Compensation The compensation band for this position is $104,100 - $154,700 annually. The exact salary is determined by experience, skills, education, location, internal equity, and budget. This range refers to base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or bonuses.
