Job summary

Henkel invites interns to join its Adhesive Technologies Logistics / Supply Chain team in the United States for a full-time internship. You will support planning activities, maintain SAP data, and develop Excel/Power BI reports to monitor inventory and open orders.

This role offers hands-on learning with cross-functional teams and exposure to real-world supply chain challenges. Alongside project work, you’ll gain access to Henkel’s learning platforms, networking events, and ongoing feedback

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets.
• Power BI experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow up skills.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
• SAP experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support supply planners with planning activities, including reviewing open supply issues, inventory levels, and material availability.
• Help maintain and validate planning master data in SAP, such as MOQ, rounding values, lead times, source lists, and MRP related fields.
• Create and update Excel/Power BI reports to track inventory, open orders, planning exceptions, and supply gaps.
• Assist with data cleanup and process improvement projects to improve planning accuracy and reporting visibility.
• Work with supply planning, production planning, procurement, and customer service teams to follow up on open items and support issue resolution.
