The Planning Analyst will support planning and forecasting activities, providing critical analysis and insights to drive strategic decisions. Responsibilities include data collection, analysis, reporting, developing forecasting models, and monitoring performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaborative abilities across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data to support planning and forecasting activities.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict future business performance.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights into trends and variances.
• Assist in developing annual budgets and strategic plans.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning activities with business goals.
• Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate risks and opportunities.
• Support implementation of planning and forecasting systems.
• Improve planning processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in planning, forecasting, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in corporate planning or finance environments.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
