Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Supply Planner II (Finance) to optimize inventory planning and procurement on a hybrid schedule from our Rocky Mount OR South Bend locations. You will influence profitability and ensure supply chain agility in a strategic role.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in inventory planning, ERP and analytics tool experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. This position supports a dynamic aerospace supply chain and partnership with senior planning

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inventory planning or supply chain management.
• ERP system knowledge with data analytics tools (SAP, Maestro, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with inventory management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Monitor inventory performance and implement corrective actions, especially Inventory Buffers.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management.
• Ensure Material Master data setting compliance through defined audit and maintenance process.
• Govern Weekly Site CTB Reporting and drive automation.
• Document Planning process standard work and facilitate training.
• Lead and support strategic actions and project initiatives to improve Planning performance.
• Initiate and execute Planning process enhancements including automation and AI.

As a Senior Procurement Buyer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be responsible for managing and executing the organization's procurement and purchasing activities at a strategic level. This position plays a pivotal part in ensuring efficient procurement processes, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment within the procurement function.

In this role, you will impact the company by optimizing procurement practices, enhancing profitability, and securing a reliable and agile supply chain, making your expertise an indispensable asset to our organization's success.

You will oversee complex procurement projects, manage a team of procurement professionals, and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve procurement objectives. You will report directly to our Senior Production Planning Manager, and you'll work out of our Rocky Mount, NC or South Bend, IN location on a Hybrid work schedule.
