Title: Supply Planner & Inventory Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Supply Planner & Inventory Manager to oversee end-to-end supply planning and inventory control across all locations. This hybrid role is critical to ensuring product availability, minimizing excess inventory, and optimizing working capital. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Manufacturers, and the 3PL to create a reliable supply plan that supports forecasted demand while managing constraints and lead times.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the supply planning process for all finished goods and components across multiple manufacturers and suppliers.
• Translate demand forecasts into a rolling supply plan, recommending timely POs and WOs and ensuring alignment with inventory targets and production capacity.
• Provide proactive monthly/quarterly forecasts to raw material suppliers and contract manufacturers
• Assess and communicate monthly cash flow needs aligned with supply plan execution
• Monitor supplier performance, capacity constraints, MOQs, and lead times; proactively addressing gaps or delays.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels across all sites (3PL and Contract Manufacturer)
• Track and report on Weeks of Supply by SKU; escalate shortages and overstock risks with mitigation plans in partnership with Procurement.
• Implement and manage safety stock strategies and reorder points to ensure continuity of supply.
• Lead end-of month inventory reconciliation, E&O reviews, and inventory health analysis.
• Work closely with Strategic Sourcing to validate and maintain accurate BOM data, supporting costed BOM accuracy and efficient supply planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Participate in S&OP meetings to provide insights into supply risk, constraints, and inventory trends.
• Collaborate with Finance to align inventory levels with working capital goals.
• Support New Product Launches by ensuring component and FG availability based on critical milestones.
• Work closely with Procurement and Logistics to ensure timely inbound shipments and monitor transit timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or related supply chain roles (CPG, beauty, or wellness industry required).
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, CIN7, etc.)
• Analytical mindset with a bias for action and detail orientation.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers.
• Familiarity with forecasting processes and S&OP
