Job Title: SAP Order Processing & Supply Chain Support Specialist (Contract)

Location: Atlanta or remote anywhere in U.S. considered (EST/CST/PST time zones welcome)

Job Overview:

We are seeking 3-4 experienced professionals to provide immediate support during our SAP D2 system go-live. This short-term engagement is focused on maintaining business continuity, ensuring accurate order processing, and addressing operational issues during a critical transition period.

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in SAP and ERP systems, specifically in materials management and supply chain operations. This role involves day-to-day order entry, data integration, issue resolution, and proactive gap identification to support the stability of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and process customer orders in SAP or other ERP systems
• Monitor and manage order workflows to ensure timely fulfillment
• Collaborate with manufacturing, packaging, logistics, and cross-functional teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues quickly and effectively
• Identify and communicate process gaps or system inefficiencies
• Support smooth integration of materials data and order flow within ERP systems
• Escalate system or workflow disruptions as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in order processing, customer operations, order processing, or supply chain support
• Hands-on experience with SAP (Sales & Distribution (SD))or similar ERP systems
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Prior involvement in system go-lives or enterprise system transitions preferred
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Ability to collaborate with remote teams across EST, CST, and PST time zones

This role offers flexible working hours across U.S. time zones, with a preference for availability during core EST business hours. Remote candidates are welcome, though Atlanta-based professionals are preferred for onsite collaboration as needed.
