Hours: Will include some adhoc meetings with teams sitting in Japan, usually 5-7pm.
ETW’s can adjust work hours to meetings - no expected OT, can start late the next day if there's a late meeting the day before.
This involves moving inventory from the old DC to the new DC.
ETW will coordinate new materials purchases and support supply and inventory planning.
They will work with project teams in Japan and NA.

Job Description
The J30 ETW will provide critical operational support to the APLA Supply & Inventory Planning (S&IP) team as part of the J30 Program, which focuses on transforming our inbound, DC-to-DC, and inventory management processes.
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of transition activities, including system cutovers, new plant enablement (1081/1083/1084/1085), and inventory movements between distribution centers.
Will partner closely with Supply Planning, Multinode Operations, Transition Management, and Marketplace Operations to support enabling J30 readiness and stabilization.
Lead DC ramp‑down/ramp‑up execution, including inventory transfers, STOs, and inbound Go‑Live readiness.
Analyze daily/weekly supply and inventory to identify risks.
Manage PO, divert, and inbound volume tracking across legacy and new plant codes (1081, 1083-1085).
Partner cross‑functionally to stabilize post–Go‑Live operations, close execution gaps, and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer.
