Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle USA is seeking a Supply Planner in Erlanger, KY to analyze consumption against forecast and maintain service levels while meeting inventory objectives. You will partner with Sales/Marketing for new product launches and adjust plans as needs evolve.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply chain with SAP or ERP experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to support S&OP and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Preferred 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, materials management, inventory management, demand planning, distribution, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
• Understanding of supply planning, inventory management, and replenishment processes.
• Familiarity with S&OP and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound business recommendations.
• Financial and business acumen with an understanding of the impact of supply planning decisions on service, inventory, and cost.
• Ability to build productive working relationships across cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, and Customer Service.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and proactively identify and resolve supply issues.
• Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to contribute effectively as a collaborative member of a high-performing team.
