CITGO PETROLEUM CORPORATION is seeking a proven leader for the role of Manager, S&M Process Optimization within the S&M Business Performance and Compliance team. You will drive data-driven improvements, partner with IT and operations, and deliver measurable value using CITGO tools to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and manage risk.

You will lead a cross-functional team, shape transformation programs, and champion adoption of analytics, automation, and modern platforms across Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred; extensive leadership of cross-functional teams.
• 13 years with a Bachelor's degree or 11 years with a Master's degree in relevant fields.
• Experience driving business performance, process optimization, analytics initiatives, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of process optimization professionals.
• Champion transformation and adoption of optimization initiatives across the organization.
• Partner with Supply & Marketing stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce cost, mitigate risk, and grow revenue.
• Collaborate with IT to unlock data power and develop scalable solutions.
