Job summary

U.S. Army Sustainment Command in the United States is seeking a Logistics Specialist to oversee stock receipt, storage, issue, and inventory across multiple supply classes.

You will manage inventories and serve as the Primary Hand Receipt Holder, advising on property administration and compliance. The role also includes contract oversight as a Contracting Officer Representative, QA evaluation, and the development of QA surveillance plans to evaluate performance while ensuring safety programs

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in reconciling stock inventory and policy compliance.
• Experience with automated supply systems for stock records and data accuracy.
• Ability to plan supply operations including receipt, storage, and issuance.
• Ability to inspect work sites and safety programs for regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage, issue, and inventory of stock across classes.
• Maintain inventory control reports for all aspects of the organization.
• Serve as Primary Hand Receipt Holder and advise on property administration.
• Provide contract oversight as COR and QA evaluation staff.
• Develop and utilize a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan to evaluate performance.
• Furnish data reports to the Accountable Officer.
• Participate in planning for all phases of supply operations.
• Inspect safety programs for buildings/equipment to ensure security.
• Monitor automated systems output for data accuracy.
