Job summary

The United States Army Reserve is seeking an Entry Level Unit Supply Specialist to supervise and perform upkeep of Army supplies and equipment. You will receive, inspect, inventory, store, issue and deliver items, and operate unit-level computers to track assets.

Training includes Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training, with hands-on stock handling. This role offers strong teamwork, physical work, and opportunity to contribute to critical supply chains within the Army.

Qualifications

• Procedures for shipping, receiving, storing and issuing stock.
• Stock control and accounting procedures.
• Procedures for handling medical and food supplies.
• Movement, storage and maintenance of ammunition.

Responsibilities

• Operate unit level computers to track assets.
• Receive, inspect, inventory, load/unload, store, issue and deliver supplies and equipment.
• Maintain automated supply system for accounting of organizational and installation supplies and equipment.
• Issue and receive small arms; secure and control weapons and ammunition in security areas.
