Job summary

Ford is seeking a detail-oriented SCM professional to lead inventory management for consumables and packaging materials. You will implement analytics-driven processes using Power BI, Alteryx, and Python to improve uptime, reduce backorders, and align with SAP planning initiatives.

You will collaborate with MPC operations, SCM, and suppliers to maintain material flow, manage aging and recalls, and meet strict cycle-time objectives.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management of cardboard and foam with suppliers.
• Ensure consumable availability to package the materials.
• Develop and drive best-in-class processes using Power BI, AI, Alteryx, Python.
• Meet cycle time, aging metrics and schedule accuracy targets.
• Coordinate with MPC operations, SCM, Transportation, and suppliers.
