Diageo plc in Plainfield, Illinois, is seeking a Project Manager in Supply Innovation Commercialization to lead cross-functional projects across our portfolio, applying the World Class Commercialization blueprint.

You will partner with Demand, Technical Operations and Supply teams to remove hurdles, manage timelines and budgets, and report progress using PowerBI and Smartsheets.

This role requires 1–3+ years in supply, a technical degree, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualificações

• 1–3+ years of experience across supply disciplines or project management in a CPG environment.
• BS in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
• Strong business acumen, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with primary package design, liquid development, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient with reporting tools like PowerBI or Smartsheets; SAP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead individual projects across our portfolio of innovation, renovation and supply optimization work, growing in complexity over time.
• Provide Supply's technical and operational perspective through the product commercialization lifecycle, partnering with Demand, Technical Operations and the broader Supply community to resolve hurdles.
• Build relationships with Global Category Team partners worldwide and keep portfolios visible via reporting tools.
• Manage project timelines and resourcing, adapting plans and bringing creative solutions as issues arise.
• Deliver the project portfolio on time, in full, on budget and on quality, from initiation through post-launch, with risk mitigation.
