Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a dedicated Supply Distribution Associate to handle Supply and Linen Distribution, shipping/receiving, and sterile processing where applicable. You will support inventory accuracy, recall alerts, and backorder management to ensure uninterrupted patient care.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and prior material handling experience. You will work with clinical teams to meet item needs and maintain ParEx software usage for accuracy.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Previous material handling experience preferred.
Ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
Knowledge of inventory and computer related inventory functions.
Works with clinical areas to establish needs and new item processes.
Helps manage backorder processes and recalls for items in par levels.

Responsibilities

Performs Supply and Linen Distribution, Shipping/Receiving, and Sterile Processing where applicable.
Maintains inventory accuracy and supports recall alerts and backorder management.
Monitors supply expiration dates and ensures safe handling of items.
Supports Department Quality Assurance and process improvement efforts.
