Reporting to the Linen Distribution Manager, you will deliver linen, log calls for service, keep storage areas organized, and ensure accurate inventory.

Responsibilities

• Work the assigned schedule without delay, tardiness, or absenteeism.
• Deliver clean linen in a neat and orderly fashion; collect and transport soiled linen; record inventories and quantities.
• Receive customer calls for service; record and respond to requests per Crown policies and LDM instructions.
• Observe, report, and address linen abuse and poor utilization.
• Manage linen inventory levels and par levels; transport carts safely.
• Record data using tablets or order sheets; maintain a neat linen room.
